As the founder of Rich Development Solutions and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), I bring a strong technical and practical foundation to every real estate and development project. With a background in electrical engineering design and construction, I’ve had hands-on experience creating efficient, code-compliant systems that support everything from small commercial renovations to large-scale developments.
Over the years, I’ve expanded that technical expertise into the world of commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and development consulting, allowing me to offer clients a complete perspective — from the investment analysis and acquisition phase to the design and build stages.
