Jared Richey, P.E.
I’m Jared Richey, P.E., a licensed professional engineer and commercial real estate broker with a background in engineering, construction, and real estate development. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve managed and supported more than $100 million in capital projects across the United States, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, medical offices, commercial buildings, and mixed-use projects.
That technical background shapes how I approach commercial real estate and development today. I spend a lot of time helping clients understand the numbers, the risks, and the trade-offs behind each decision—whether that’s underwriting an investment property, structuring a lease, or planning a development project. I believe informed clients make better decisions, and my role is to provide clarity, not pressure.
